Processing times have increased across the board ( no surprise). 20 months for California, Nebraska, and Vermont. Texas at 24 months and Potomac at 28 months. No wonder they are issuing 48 month extensions.

At this point I think they want people to apply for N-400 (that's just my opinion)

I just want tell everyone to not get discouraged if you receive your extension letter! I got a notification in the app that my "my card is being produced" on March 17th and I received my extension letter in the mail on March 18th. I doesn't mean they push you in a corner once they send the extension letter 🤗 Hang in there! ☀️🤞

i havent received a extension letter at all should i be concerned?

we only have the 24 month one

It may take some time. There's a huge volume of letters being printed and sent. I wouldn't worry just yet. However, did you move since you filed I-751?

Why would you need to concern yourself? Isn’t your current extension letter good thru Jan 2024 or so? Surely they either resolve your case before that date or send out another extension. Still plenty of time regardless.

You never know with USCIS 😅

Plus this is the first time I hear about them sending extensions automatically. Usually people receive one after filing and resolve to ADIT stamps once it runs out.

@lil.han if you don't receive anything in few weeks, you can open request here
