I’d give them another week or two. My 3d anniversary was on Feb 20th so it might take them at least a week. Really hope you’ll get your status changed soon!

I just got another update with exactly same "Case was Transferred" status. It shows twice in my case timeline now dated yesterday and today. Not sure if it's a bug or it indicates second transfer to my local office.

My status just changed again to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken". Jesus. I called USCIS this morning and they told me my case is at NBC, couldn't tell anything about a second transfer. I don't quite understand if my case is at NBC and now they've confirmed that my biometrics was reused back at WAC or my case made it to NBC and back that's why status reversed? Does anyone know about similar status change sequences?

After 15 months they dare to ask for more evidence.

Got an RFE just now (not the letter yet, just the update online).

I don't know what they want more...we own a house, two insurances, bank account, car, taxes always filed together, her parents affidavits ....

Do they want my blood too???

In my case getting an RFE in October was because apparently they just lost almost all we sent. So it’s either that or what Rocio0010 suggests - want some new stuff to make sure you’re still in your bona fide relationship. Go figure…anyhoo sometimes getting an RFE is not a bad thing. It moved my case! As soon as you reply and they acknowledge receiving it may take just 10 days before you see a desired “new card is being produced”. For now hang tight, receiving an actual paper RFE in my experience took exactly 1 week.

Thanks for the support!

I just find their system extremely unfair, useless and disrespectful.

Informed Delivery shows that we're getting something from USCIS today. I assume it will be the 48 month extension.
