So if we got a notice that they’re “actively reviewing” the 400, does that still imply many months wait for the ROC and/or citizenship?

That doesn't mean much. It all depends on your local field office and how busy they are.

Details (entire section) of my pending ROC vanished from my USCIS page. But N-400 details are showing up fine. Is it normal? Does it mean anything?

My wife never had any document section for her I-751 on the USCIS site.  The N-400 had all uploaded documents. It could be just a glitch in their system.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Thanks. You may be right, as it now says they are having problem retrieving my data. Even when the ROC section was showing on my profile, the status showing for last one year was pretty much pointless: “Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible.“

This has been an ongoing issue for weeks. You can check your status with the receipt number here (without logging in): https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

You can also click the "Case History" tab and it will display properly. The error only appears on the "Case Status" tab.

passed 3 year GC anniversary and no notification regarding moving I-751 to NBC :(. Just getting tired and frustrated.

Same, it's been a week since my GC 3d anniversary.

I also had status change that my N-400 biometrics was scheduled back on Feb 17th, and I still haven't gotten a letter in mail. I do have an electronic version on USCIS website but I don't know if it's ok to just print it and bring it. My appointment is already next Tuesday.

Yep, totally fine to print that one and bring it. In fact, I took an early walk in and the actual letter came about a week after my appointment.

Have any of the Nov. 2021 filers received a 48 month extension yet? Seems like a lot of folks received theirs this week.

Sept 2021 filer here - no 48 month extension notice yet. It has given me anxiety seeing others get their notices already, and I've been trying to figure out the logistics. There doesn't seem to be much of a pattern. I've seen people from Feb 2022 get their notice, and some from 2020 still waiting. Similarly, I've seen people in my state get theirs, and others still waiting. Some seem to be printed Feb 24.

I'm hoping the extension notice will arrive any day now.
