I've submitted my N-400 application today. I honestly don't have any faith in getting my case approved anytime soon.

You might be surprised.  Good Luck.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Usually the local office is in the nearest big city you live close to. It's normal for I-751 to move around once you file N-400.

It was transferred to the National Benefits Center.

Congratulations! Keeps us posted on the progress!

I think you were right about an IT bug last week. I just checked and there were a few approvals in 21*** ranges dated Feb 10th and 11th. Not for my case but still :DHope there'll be more good news this week for all the pending ranges!

I also wonder if I could still get approved despite filing N-400 as long as my case hasn't yet shipped to NBC

Awesome, thank you for checking!

I believe you could still be approved just like @Elena & Craig

ugh texas updated their processing time to 18 months

Anyone know if processing times are from the point the specific office receives a case or from when the case was filed? Curious about transfers in this case.

From the case was received, which usually few days later after filing for I-751. It is also shown on NOA1

WAC went from 14 months to 15.5 months. Just send out the extensions if they are going to keep increasing the time. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It is ridiculous...my extension letter is worn out and last time I used it I had a couple of minutes of fear at the check-in desk at the airport in Europe. I wonder if there's anything we can do about it...

You can file an N-400 as soon as you're eligible.

Unfortunately my marriage is not going 100% well and don't know how it's gonna end. That's basically the reason why I don't feel like filing, I read that if you divorce during the n400 process then you're not eligible anymore.

I received another “We have taken an action on your case” email from USCIS website at 5 am this morning. After I filed N-400 on Saturday I received the same email the following morning. I assumed it’s about N-400. I don’t see any statuses on USCIS website yet as they haven’t fixed that bug. On Sunday I did see a receipt notice under Documents of my N-400 section. Right now there’s no new update. These emails get me excited but I realize it’s probably just a bug 😅

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

We received a couple of those "ghost" emails, too.
