We just got an update that ours was transferred to another office. We have to wait for the physical notice to know where and why. 😰

What's your I751 filing center and local office for N400?

We mailed the I751 to the Phoenix lockbox (we’re in Houston, Texas). I’m not sure where our local office is for N400 as we filed online just last week.

Usually the local office is in the nearest big city you live close to. It's normal for I-751 to move around once you file N-400.

We got the update that the I-751 was transferred to another office yesterday. I'm taking it as a good sign since we filed the N-400 on January 27th.

Congrats to all those whose I751s moved. I filed N400 in December and it's still crickets. No movement of any kind on the I751 from Vermont.

Here is the link. Scroll all the way down to see Field Office Locator. Type your zip code and voilá. Most likely it will be Houston but you can double check.

Processing time for California Service Center just went up to 15.5 months...not surprised...

Ugh each time hope just slips away. I wonder if they'll keep increasing it every six weeks.

I'm pretty sure they will, they've been doing it for the last 8 months...

I'm now thinking a good thing would be to get that 48-months extension letter and then file for citizenship. If there's any confusion with I-751 at N-400 interview then at least there's more than enough time to get it sorted. It doesn't sound particularly peachy but I don't like thinking that my extension letter expires in a year and WAC keeps extending the wait time, and my N-400 isn't filed.

Whatever sounds better for you... this is like a lottery.

Also there has been barely no movement today concerning approvals for WAC.

Today's update (as of 4:55 PM) for WAC 23xxx range:

2 x new approval's in lower range

1 x RFE in upper range

Let's hope USCIS really focuses and finishes 20xxx, 21xxx and 22xxx ranges soon instead of taking one bite off all the apples...
