Even in the Potomac center known for it's backlog there is a spike in 2022 based applications. June and July and some even in October (based on lawfully) but they are insignificant (like 1 percent of new approvals)

i have purchased the case analysis pro feature on the app and it shows me 2 years worth of data there and highlights month with largest approvals increase.

Curious where Lawfully gathers the data from. Is it from people putting in their info or they fetching it from USCIS?

Lawfully gets data from their users

That is wrong. The general trend/analysis section is pulled from scraping the website, as for the "user" data you mentioned, the users only provide receipt numbers. So their data is credible

I was also very skeptical about Seattle's processing time even when I submitted AOS..but it was actually faster (6months) too..i researched about it too n just came across a post saying that if u have K1 n K2 dependent it actually processes faster..i was unsure at first but i think it might be actually true...Anyone else here from Seattle ??

That was lightning fast.  Ours was 14 months, but at the time the AP/EAD processing was fast - 4.5 months.

Will be strange when we suddenly don't have these long wait times to contend with!
