I'm not totally clear your question, but here goes:

The speed for i-751 really depends on your service center. WAC (West coast) seems to be moving along pretty well. I haven't seen much progress at all for Washington D.C., but I haven't been carefully tracking until now. There definitely are approvals from April 2021 rolling in, but I only saw a few from May 2021 or later. To be honest, I'm worried that D.C. is completely stalled out.

I'll try to keep track over the next 1-2 months to see if approvals come in for Case # 150000 and beyond. Have you ever used the Case Tracker app? I'd love to get a few more people on board to see what they find.

A few of us (me included) think that the new "risk based" approach to reviewing I-751s likely kicked in for cases submitted after April of 2022. So what I am interested to see is if we see average processing times for cases May 2022 onwards to be lower than for cases submitted prior to April 2022 (across either specific service centers, or all service centers). I'm submitting my ROC pack this weekend so will let you know what I see once I have a tracking number!

Ah yes, good question! My assumption was that the risk-based approach would affect all active cases, not only those submitted after April 2022. I figured that the backlog had grown so much, they need a way to unclog the system.

But perhaps you're right. Regardless, good luck on your ROC. This has actually been the most frustrating part of the journey, perhaps because the stakes seem lower yet the time keeps growing. You know, it's like being in the last leg of a marathon but then they start moving the finish line.

And here I am in the same range and no changes. Can’t USCIS just move things along and approve ROC already.

You aren't alone. I saw only 1 or two RFEs yesterday in that range, and so far just one case transfer today. I agree that it's getting ridiculous. I probably should have filed N-400 back in November.

Gotcha - thanks! It doesn't seem like you can filter by cases on the iOS version.

EDIT - Nevermind, now you can. Lots of updates since my I-485 😆

YSC2190155006 was approved yesterday. This is good news. I think this is an APril or May 2021 submission. It does show they are making progress at least. Again, FY2021 has something like 215000 cases for YSC. So we got another 60000 to go, which is about 6 months worth. We're a ways away still (if you're in DC center).

Potomac has some cases in recent months (2022),approved, (I checked with Lawfully). Sometimes the slowest center would be the first to implement risk based approach. Who knows, I am not trying to be optimistic but also think there is good chance the risk based approach is working for people who filed after summer 2022.
