Hey guys! Does anyone with WAC number have a biometrics update? I saw that October folks had theirs around this time last month. I'm still at "Case was received".

You are correct. It should be any day now. From what I have seen for Sept/Oct WAC filers, it will come as a cluster, meaning a group of people get waivers on the same date. Hopefully you will get it soon. I have also seen many WAC approvals without having biometric waivers…straight from “case was received” to full approval around 9-10 months.

Does anyone know how I can check my case update online?

Thank you so much, everyone!

Yep, based on the October thread we should have heard something by now.  Let's hope there's something this coming week.

I was reading some data that showed as of December, 2021, USCIS is backlogged with over 250,000 I-751 applications. Argghhh!

I also read that the Administration announced a week or so ago that they will allow more folks to receive interview waivers. Fingers crossed!!

Right but not too confident that this will be implemented anytime soon knowing how the gov/USCIS works. Maybe 2023 or end of 2022 if we're lucky.

Exactly. Plus I’m sure they’ll need time to get training on it, which is going to perpetuate backlog. I just don’t have faith anymore

I did as well! It made my morning 😁 A friend of mine who filed back in June 2021 got approved a little over a week ago, also WAC. I hope we can get our cases approved before it's time to file for citizenship. Not that it's a big deal since I want for my immigration journey to be over as soon as possible but it's helpful for a peace of mind 😆
