Just updating here because my husband had his N-400 yesterday, and is now a US Citizen. Luckily this also means that the long wait for ROC is now irrelevant. Case status for the I-751 says "Case was approved" and N-400 days "Certificate Of Naturalization Was Issued". It's a relief to not have to think about green cards and processing times anymore.

Wohoo! Congratulations! :) So glad he doesn't have to wait for post-interview I-751 approval!

@skapali You're not alone. I also have both pending, and SF local office is really slow with scheduling N-400 interviews these days.

I wish I could say the same…really need that new citizen passport, missing out on a family trip rn. Should be in Paris and Amsterdam with my husband right at this very moment I type. Sigh! With my current passport it would be such a pain in the butt to apply for Schengen visa and they also issue them strictly for the dates you are supposed to spend there 😏 Used to be much more better with a leeway. Decided to hold on any abroad trips that require visa.

I don’t know what your nationality is but I wouldn’t hold off any trips abroad because of pending apps. As much as I hate getting the visa appointment and the process leading towards it I don’t want to waste valuable time till I apply and become US citizen. Think about how much fun you miss out on because you think it will easier later rather than enjoying it now. Just my 2 cents.

Hi everyone! I filed for ROC back in November 2021. I just looked up my case status and it says my card was mailed to me! Does this mean I was approved without an interview?!
Has this happened to anyone else?

Congrats. It's normal for I751 to be approved without interview. Glad to see movement in California and Nebraska. Vermont is stagnant :(

I’m surprised because I didn’t even get a notice of approval. I guess they’re sending both approval and card in the mail in one letter?

Most likely you missed it online when about May 16 it was saying “My case was approved”. Then the day after that “My card was mailed to me” shows up. From what I remember paper approval arrives in a separate from new green card envelope. They even look different. Congrats! 🎉

Today's WAC update for 24XXX range as of 3:10pm PT:

2 x new approvals in lower range

2 x new approvals in upper range

Hey OU, do you run the numbers for LIN as well, or just WAC?   Exciting to see some November 21 LIN approvals this week!
