Hi everyone! My husband and I have our Marriage (K1 visa) based AOS interview scheduled next week. I was wondering if we need to take a new cover letter other than the one we submitted along with our AOS packet?

Also, besides the documents that was submitted at the time of application and new proofs of relationship (such as joint accounts) collected over time, is there any other document that needs to be taken?

Thank you in advance!

No need for a new cover letter.  Do bring new evidence of bona fide relationship.

Bring everything they ask for in your appointment letter that fits your situation. You'll most likely need none of it but still bring it 😊
