I-130 approved and transferred to NVC by mistake

Hello Everyone,


My husband’s I-130 was approved but the notice says it is being sent to NVC for consular processing. We applied concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485. 
I-485 is still waiting for interview. Anyone else in the same situation where I-130 was sent to NVC by mistake? Any suggestions on what to do next?

Call the USCIS hotline and notify them that the I-130 was wrongly sent to NVC.  Tell them that your husband is adjusting status in the US and that the I-130 was filed concurrently with his I-485.

 

Other than that, just continue to wait for the I-485 interview schedule.
