Got wrong card back in September, now filing I90 online,do I need to upload a copy of the green card with the form? Do I need to pay a fee? Or just fill the form on uscis.com and hit submit? Will I get an rfe for the original green card? Please share personal experience and help.Thanks.

You don't have to pay a fee.

I found this post to be fascinating:

In summary, the LPR called USCIS about the mistake, was told (erroneously in everyone's opinon including mine) there was no mistake. The LPR still filed I-751. USCIS denied the case, saying I-751 was no needed. LPR later naturalized successfully.

I found the LPR's ( @Neonred ) timeline to be compelling.

I've nothing more to say.

Good summary.  While it is what we did, it is not what I recommend for others to do in this situation.  The main reason we proceeded this way was to see what would happen.  Worked out for us.

Varies...when my husband did an I-90, he kept the old GC until he got a letter (RFE) asking them to mail it back. They might ask you to mail it back sooner. If so, make an Infopass appointment and get the I-551 stamp in the meantime.

What to fill in part 3,item 1"location where you applied for your immigrant visa or AOS" and 2.Location where your immigrant visa issued or uscis office where AOS granted?.Thanks in advance

For AOS, I don't know for sure. I would assume where it was granted.

Did you file? If yes, are you still waiting? I filled in November 2021, did biometrics in December and since then case status says case is actively being reviewed.
