I printed out 16 photos. Each photo was on its own page, and had a writeup underneath listing all the people in the photo (kind of like a yearbook photo), the time and date of the photo, and the location of the photo.

I know some people who got approved just sending 1.

I think that I sent in a total of 5. Each one was dated on the back with our names, and the names of anyone else in the pictures with us...along with where the pic was taken. In our reply to question 18 on the I-129F, I then went in to a bit more detail about the photos, like a time line of our meeting.

I sent about 2 dozen pics. Some of the two of us, some of me with her family, me standing in front of the sign for her village and had to include pics of us on the elephants at last years Surin Elephant Roundup.

I used the HP Phoso software and had about 4 pics per page with captions for all.

We ended up sending five pics in total, I think :D. I don't know if they want more info from us as we actually live together and, obviously, have the same address in Ireland. Additionally, my fiance sent a copy of his passport as means of identification. This had entry stamps to the UK and Ireland from when he moved over here to be with me. We also have some of our old flight docs and he has all of my old emails (I lost my old Yahoo email account due to inactivity and, as such, lost the emails he sent to me. That was pretty devistating on a personal level for me). I don't know if you leave messages for one another on things like Myspace or livejournal/blogger, etc. If you do, you can print these off also I believe, especially if they refer to time you have spent together.

1999 - Met on Yahoo chat service

May 2005 - Both fly back to CA and begin living together

Sept 2005 - T flies back to UK to resume studies

Oct 2005 - D flies out to UK to be with T - Decide we want to get married!!!

April 2006 - D and T move to Ireland

March 2007 - We download paperwork for I 129-F

April 2007 - Send off forms to Texas Service Center

June 2007 - Still waiting to hear back

July 2007 - Still waiting to hear anything AT ALL! Very angry

7th July 2007 - We called the USCIS and were given our receipt number. We also signed up for the USCIS online service. Learned that our petition arrived on May 15th and last action was May 25th 2007 - Much happier

4th October 2007 - Petition Approved!!!!!!

24 April 2008 - Interview at US Embassy Dublin

i used 6 pics. 2 per page. i didn't send any emails, but i did send cell records & copies of the envelopes we sent letters & cards to each other in (proof of ongoing relationship).

but, you don't have to...they only need proof of meeting, signed & dated G-325A for each, 2 letters of intent signed & dated, passport pics of both, & the I-129F signed & dated. you can send more(i did) but its not required & you'll have to resend it all w/ the other stuff (aff. of supp., 2 more letters of intent...etc) when your SO goes for the interview.

Photos are not the most important aspect of your petition. This is what USCIS says about evidence, taken from a common RFE (request for evidence) they send to people who have provided insufficient evidence of meeting w/in 2 years. Photos alone prove that you've met, but don't prove when. They are secondary evidence that help strengthen primary evidence, but on their own, don't cut it:

Submit evidence of meeting the meneficiary in person within the two-year period preceding the filing of the petiition. The primary evidence may include airline ticket stubs and receipts (that indicate month, day, and year), copies of passport pages taht show the identification page and admission stamps, military order(s), letter from Commanding Officer, or any evidence that will help the USCIS to determine that the petitioner has met the beneficiary within the two years. The secondary evidence may be film dated photographs of the petitioner and the beneficiary together. The following DOES NOT constitue evidenceof meeting: disc, videos, emails, letters, phone bills, and greeting cards.

But on the flip-side of that....the passport stamp alone does not prove that the petitioner and beneficiary met either. You have to look at your evidence and consider that the adjudicator does not know you from adam.....then ask yourself this: If a complete stranger looks at what I'm presenting, will they clearly see and know that I've met my fiancee w/in the last two years? If you cannot immediately answer YES to that question, then you need more evidence.

I would not submit passport stamps alone....submit your boarding passes, flight itinerary, train tickets, try gathering some receipts, perhaps if you withdrew money from an ATM while visiting, you can submit proof of that you were in that town. If you purchased anything w/ a credi card, you can submit the CC statement. These are all secondary evidence....but in conjunction w/ the passport stamp (primary evidence) they can be used as proof.
