I just read a news article that states the US Supreme Court will take up the Republican effort to revive the Public Charge Rule and that the supreme court will have the case in June next year . I just submitted my case , does this mean I'm going to have to submit the public charge forms should my case not be adjudicated by June ? I thought this public charge ####### was over for good.

The public charge inadmissibility was never eliminated.  Just one form was - the I-944.  The requirement for consular officers to adjudicate applications based on the risk for an immigrant to become a public charge is law.

That's what I meant , are we going to have to submit the damn thing again if the supreme court with it's reputation judges side with these republican states?

It is possible. USCIS will respond and update policy accordingly. For example, below was their immediate action after the Seventh Circuit lifted its stay and the US District Court of Northern Illinois vacated the rule. It is possible that after the Supreme Court verdict, they will either ask new filers from that decision date to have an I-944 or they may even ask people who already filed prior to fill it out. We do not know. Personally, I do not have any issue with I-944. It is called declaration of self-sufficiency.

“USCIS immediately stopped applying the Public Charge Final Rule to all pending applications and petitions that would have been subject to the rule. USCIS continues to apply the public charge inadmissibility statute, including consideration of the statutory minimum factors in the totality of the circumstances, in accordance with the 1999 Interim Field Guidance that was in place before the Public Charge Final Rule was implemented on Feb. 24, 2020, to the adjudication of any application for adjustment of status. In addition, USCIS will no longer apply the separate, but related, “public benefits condition” to applications or petitions for extension of nonimmigrant stay and change of nonimmigrant status.”

Rule of thumb: never worry about something that MIGHT happen, but you are uncertain of. The immigration process is already stressful as is.

What’s the point of agonizing over something you have zero control over? Pointless in my opinion.

I think from what i read, they aren't going to listen to arguments to return the public charge rule, only the state's right to defend it in a court of law if they federal government won't. Not sure how reliable this source is but:

https://news.azpm.org/p/news-articles/2021/10/29/202554-supreme-court-to-hear-arizona-immigration-challenge/

"Brnovich was joined in his effort by officials from Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia."

So I think the states above are wanting to be able to defend their right to the ruling. Not sure if this is helpful or not, but I hope it eases some anxiety :)

In your opinion.

Actually, it's not an opinion. Worrying about something that you have no control over is absolutely worthless, especially because the immigration process can be anxiety inducing on and off itself.

I applied for AOS in October 2019 and as soon as I submitted the package the wait started. I filed in October and the public charge rule was enacted in November of that same year, so I knew that if I had to reapply I would have to fill out that form. Later on, I found out that all was good with my package, so worrying was pointless. Then I started preparing for the interview. I wasn't worried but I was anxious. Well, my interview was waived! Hindsight 20/20, but I worried for no reason.
