Hi all! My fiance owns a few businesses in Nigeria, and we're waiting for our NOA2. I know he won't be allowed to work when he comes, but is he allowed to keep generating income from his businesses? TIA!

Working physically "in US" will be problem, but having employees outside of US may be gray area, that will be subject to US taxes eventually. Definitely, you should seek attorney on what operations can be done in US, if that is the case.
