Health insurance for parents of US citizens IR5

I am wondering how I can apply health insurance for my parents who are coming to the US under IR5. I have sponsored them for their IR5 green card. State insurance? Marketplace (government)?

They are not working and will not have income. I see that the applications ask about the income, should I mention my income?

When can I apply for their insurance? Should I wait until the social security card and green card arrive?

Thanks

You may get health insurance coverage for your parents through ACA marketplace.  No need to wait for their SSN.  Also no need to wait for their plastic green cards, as they will have their temporary "green card" in their passports on the day they arrive.  Their IR5 visa + CBP entry stamp will serve as their proof of LPR status for 1 year after US entry.
