Can't file change of address online, keep receiving receipt number error for I-751

Hey! I'm trying to file my change of address online but keep receiving this error even though ive triple checked I've typed in the correct receipt number and selected correct form info. It says to contact USCIS but I can't get past the robot, she keeps hanging up on me when I say speak to agent or receipt validation error 😕

hmm, I went to the form online, bc in a couple weeks, we will have to change the address, and there was a lot of info. on that page. You may want to check the petition you filed to confirm the record details. idk if syntax matters.

I waited a few days & tried again, exactly same info/boxes selected & it went through! Truly unsure what happened before.
