Received noa2 what’s next

Hi can ask you about the noa2 i received noa2 do i need to wait my welcome letter because i do have my mnl case mumber but i don’t know what to do next? My noa2 expired soon.Do i have to log in any website to enter my mnl case number that nvc gave it to me last time?

I would encourage you to join the October NOA-2 to NVC to Embassy thread and post also in the Philippines forum to gain more insight specifically.  I could say a few things but I do not know the current status of that embassy/consulate.
