I'm wondering. So my USC wife and I want to get our daughter a passport. But on the US passport application form, it requires the other parent living outside the US to sign his part and get it notarized. The question is, can we get the notarization done in the US embassy in Ghana?

I did for my son using those commissioners of oath in the streets and sent it by DHL to my wife. It was accepted. Don't bother the embassy

Oh ok. I got it done at the court complex in Accra. The street guys said they don't have the seal required for the application.
