Immigration has revised the ds 160 and ds 260 to include many of the questions that were on the  ds 5535

Wow!

Does this mean NVC will take longer to DQ certain applicants now, as they undergo extreme vetting?

it doesn't mean they will/  it doesn't mean they won't

no one can predict this / much is based on what the DS 160 r ds 260 disclose like:

travel history

# of social media  ID's for the bene

birth country of the bene

sometimes there is no rythme or reason

and other times  it depends on red flag issues and the officer reviewing the document

Source? I think it has been the case for the past few years. All these questions were there. Unless there is a new change now

there are no additions to DS5535 list after February. Did they not hand out any in March? If I see Dani's spreadsheet, we have only until end of February

I haven't seen any new posts so no idea, not on FB or on the other Montreal thread

they weren't on either our ds 160 or the ds 260 when we did them

OK, sorry, was confused, and thought that you were sharing some new information of additional questions, such as travel for even longer periods in the past, its funding etc.

The questions you were referring to, have been included for at least 2 years, so my comment from yesterday is moot.

This is sooooo depressing. It literally just feels like they going to just let the remaining people, me included, languish in limbo forever. I am almost at 6 months in this AP now.

A lot of people in my life have been checking in on me. They're asking what's happing with my visa or how close I am to approval. Lately, there's been literally no movement on anyone's cases. The most recent approval was March 5th. I don't have any good news to tell them.

I'm still part of some K1/CR1 Visa goups on Facebook, and I see posts from them daily with people stating how easy their interview was. I have been so incredibly jealous and angry at them and it's not fair to them. Ugh.

Should I do anything to "celebrate" 200 days post-interview? 😰
