Hi everyone

Is the ISSUANCE the last step?

You will get two CEAC statuses in the following order:

Issued - Administrative Processing

Issued - Final Processing

Then you will received the tracking information via email.

Thanks for your help.

Do you have any idea how long takes time for each of those?

It really varies a lot. For me, it took about 24 hours between each status update, but it has taken weeks for others…

I feel like if you don't get an update by noon, you're not getting any for the rest of the day. Has anyone on here received an update after 12:00? I think once they are on lunch break they never return. After coffee they have a sandwich, then another coffee, then some water, then they rest from eating, talk a little, and then, "oh, well would you look at the time, another day at the office and not doing our job but getting paid for it, haha!"

lmao...

The day my status changed to Issued, I didn't have a status update all day. Last time I checked it was around 4:00ish and didn't bother to look again. They ended up issuing me that same day but I have no idea what time cause I didn't check till the next work day! I guess it depends? No way to know 😂

I hold on to your words as the last shred of hope I have that maybe somehow this will not be another blown day...

Thanks for sharing the spreadsheet, I'll check it out! We're applying for the K1 visa so we can't really get married prior to admission into the USA with the visa.

Does anyone know if you're allowed to travel to the USA while your DS-5535 is pending? I still have my British passport (embassy has my Canadian one) and curious if I could visit my fiancé. I emailed the embassy asking them but they haven't replied.

I'd be concerned with how you reenter Canada.  If you're a citizen, you need that Canadian passport, otherwise you're a visitor.  Unless you have NEXUS...
