Hello vj members I really need your input to help mellow me out. My CEAC status shows issued since Oct 20 got even an email from Manila IV info informing  me that I have been issued a visa. The next day again I received an with the same wording. What's worrying me is that gonna be 7 days yet haven't received my passport. Is this normal? I tried by all means to locate my passport but nothing showed up.

You want to check status with 2GO

For US VISA inquiries you may use your Passport/UID Nos or Case Nos.    UID seems to work more often than the passport number.

In the picture you attached, it says if you have not received your passport since 10 days after the interview, to contact them.  I would probably reach out on Friday or Monday. It looks like status was changed to Issued on the 20th of October.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."
