Thanks.  It looks like the next phase has expanded quite a bit. It was about 65 days when we filed the I-130.  The whole NVC thing is now at 116 days from NOA2 to DQ. We're putting the file together now. Good luck.  We'll leave a light on for you.

Hello everyone ,I'm new here fortunately kind of not new to the waiting. Can anyone help me out with this timeline thing I'm try to figure out what my guesstimate wait time is... 

My PD date is October 8th 2021 AR is February 20th 2022

filed online , the receipt letter  said Nebraska, found out a few days ago that we've been transferred to Vermont, I asked Emma they don't know when or wouldn't give me details. I'm US citizen ,my husband overseas. Thanks and congratulations to all who have made it past the first step and FX for those of us who are still waiting?

Where you talking to Emma during east coast business hours?   Though telling you it had been transferred to Vermont is the most you could be told.   Being in AR doesn't affect the timeline,  165 days in AR here.  The VJ estimates for me have been July/August 2022🤞, so about 10-11 months after filing.

Hello , actually I heard that it was in Vermont from a live rep., via chat  during business hours .but rep couldn't/didn't say when it was done. Did you file for the k/3? I don't like waiting like everyone else it's the inconsistency of it all for me...yes  🤞 .thanks for your response.

No, i have not filed a k3.   Though I noticed on my timeline it now estimating "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 23, 2022 and May 27, 2022*. "

Also I am interested in my wife getting  a IR1 vs CR1 visa, so the normal 18-24 months would work just fine.

My PD date was 10/3/21.  I was notified the petition was AR on 2/20/22.  It was approved on 3/10/22 at NSC.  I wasn't notified until 3/12/22, but I was checking the status daily.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Hello ,thank you for response did you file the K3 by chance? Were you notified via email? I've signed up for electronic account and I've never received any documentation only  the screen message saying under review AR 2/20   thank you so much for your response and congratulations 👏

Hello everyone,Check this out!!! I was checking the processing time for the I 130 U.S. citizen filing for a spouse  today for California service center and the time dropped from 28,5  to 38,5 to just  6,5 to 8,5 months,

Am I dreaming or it might be a mistake from USCIS personel? I'm acssecing here from Brazil, have anyone else seeing the same?
