Go to  https://www.uscis.gov/   on the upper roght corner you will see " Ask EMMA", on the chat ask to talk to a live agent .

Yeah, sucks... Califonia SC is the slowest one, acording with USCIS website, on this Visa journey  latest approval list ( https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?visa=3&form=2&s.. ) the avarege of days from NOA1 to NOA2  at CSC is 250 days.

Thanks for posting that. When I log into my account, that link does not appear.

I have to Google Emma and go to a different URL.

On my mac, i had to use Safari to see Emma.  Would not show up under Firefox.

btw, silently moved to Calfornia SV too,   now 148 days since AR.   This site is still estimating the July/August 2022 timeframe for approval of the i-130 for my wife.

I thought it was just me!

When I get emails about my estimated approval date and click on it, I'm taken to someone else's profile that's not even in my SC.

No idea why this happens, i don't have this problem..

You will be approved in about a week! Good luck!

I wish.  Our case was classified as under active review on Feb 20.  It's been 2 weeks for us, and no change.  I think their idea of active and my idea of active are not the same. 🤣
