Filed the I-130 through the USCIS portal online on the 26th and got the NOA1 the same day. Doing the process from the Netherlands, and the still sent me a letter. The wait is on.

Actually, idk why, but everytime I get emails from VisaJourney, saying the prediction of my acceptance on my I-130, it's related to yours, when I click on it, it sends me to your profile, everytime.

I thought it was just me!

When I get emails about my estimated approval date and click on it, I'm taken to someone else's profile that's not even in my SC.

Our attorney filed both the I130 and I129 via mail.

Hey there, can you tell me when you filed the I-129F for the K3, you included a copy of the Form I-797C, Notice of Action, showing you have filed Form I-130. I just wanted to double check if that's the correct document or I need to wait for a different notice (we filed I-130 online)?

Just checked in on USCIS. Status is "Case is being Actively Reviewed."  Not gonna get too excited, but it seems like a good sign.  NOA1 was 10/3/2021.

When did you file? Which service center? And what the date of the “being actively reviewed “?

Filed at Texas Service Center online on 10/3/21.  They didn't provide a start date of the review, but I checked last Tuesday and it wasn't there, so I'm thinking Thursday 2/17,   +/- a day. I am led to believe it is at Nebraska SC now, as a request I sent in was replied from there a few months ago.

Did you ask emma? Mine is at Texas, I filled 10/14/2021, also filled K-3 11/01/2021. Nothing since. Have you filled k-3?

Didn't Ask Emma. I just checked the status in my account. I was tempted to file a K-3 since there is evidence on here that it catapults you toward the front of the line.  But, when I learned about that strategy, it had been several months since filing the I-130, and I was worried it would mess that up. Nothing to do now except light a candle and pray that they won't issue an RFE. Good luck with yours.  I'll post whatever happens next.  Be safe.
