Hey I am just finding out about K3.  Is that processing time much quicker?

Not really. The only reason to apply for the K3 is that some people believe it helps speed up the I130 processing. Apparently, USCIS is trying to phase out the K3 visa and prefers to approve the I-130 if it is in their queue in parallel. I believe it´s free to apply so it might be worth a shot.

Hello All,
I wanted to share our timeline. I'm still in shock. Started in Nebraska service center and transferred 3 days after NOA1 to Texas.
Filed I-130 online October 12th 2021
NOA 1 October 13th 2021
Filed I-129F Dec 21 NOA1
I-130 NOA 2 January 25th 2022 - Approval!

Does the K-3 help the I-130? I don't know but I'll let you decide!

Usually the K3 works better if you file it after the NOA1 on the I-130, but hope you'll get it soon

I did file K-3 after NOA1 of I-130. NOA1 for I-130 is on 10/14/2021 and NOA1 for K-3 is on 11/01/2021.

NOA1 is not "Case was received", that is the PD document.

NOA1 is "Actively Reviewing".

Filed the I-130 through the USCIS portal online on the 26th and got the NOA1 the same day. Doing the process from the Netherlands, and the still sent me a letter. The wait is on.

You got the Nebraska service center, so shouldn't be too long.

Dutch filer here as well, I am at Texas SC. Filed in September - still waiting for any update :)
