No we didn’t file the K3. We tried an expedite request 2 months ago which was denied.

And were waiting since.

Oh okay. I’ve got my fingers crossed I get my approval next month. This process is so stressful

I’m crossing my fingers!!!

 

This process is a hell ride! And it might now crash for us with the Affidavit of support! My husband (USC) needs to change his job because of medical reasons. And nobodu wants to co-sponsor. Lets hope I can count my income towards this. I will continue working for the same company and they would write a verification on that.

I just don’t want to accept the fact that this would be it after waiting so long and being apart for so long, also the Kids. It’s just insane!

Oh I totally understand. I believe I needed a co-sponsor and nobody wanted to sponsor for me as well. But then by the Grace of god a family friend of ours agreed to sponsor us. So I am still awaiting my approval hoping and praying it comes next month. I believe it will but the waiting its driving me insane!!!!

My husband filed I-130 for me and my daughter on Nov 2021. It has been over 240 days!!! We haven't heard anything yet.

 

In the case, may I submit the e-request? Will that help to speed up the processes?

 

Really hope we can get this done quickly and leave.  My husband has been able to fly back home since the start of the pandemic 2.5 years ago.

Hello I wanted to see if I could shine a bit of light /ray of hope into this thread. 

 

PD10/08/21   AR 2/20/22  rfe 7/5/22 responded 7/5/22 approval 7/12. UCS i130  VSC . I know there's a lot of October filers but I approvals for October filers are near. Hang in there. 🙏Next 30 days are productive ones at the USCIS! inshallah

I KNOW its hard and I am starting to see July cases from the CSC . I think it's hard when different service centers have drastically different timeframes. Hang in there and 🙏 that you have answers this month. Inshl

Hello everyone! Just checked the processing times at USCIS website, now Nebraska is getting slow like California Sevice Center.
This is frustrating, Jaddou anouced in the beggining of the year they are working in reduce the processing times , but seams like they are increasing again.......😞😔

Yes that’s crazy. I’m at California service center and already at 10.5 months and waiting for my approval. Hoping and praying I get my approval by the end of next month

Hi, I have been seeing July cases ...I know it's frustrating 😖 I truly understand, it's the not knowing and you can see cases weeks or months after you get an approval... It's no way to know the process😑 One thing this journey teaches you is to expect the unexpected and to not let the "approval letters of others" bother you but I KNOW its hard. I made sure to check-in every one and a while to see if there were updates  🙏 for plenty of approvals this month inshl.
