Hi everyone, just joining this thread!

You should talk to emma and figure out where your case is being processed. I recommend you file form I-129F.

NOA1 date: 10/17

Nebraska

I don't see any transfer indications on the USCIS site.

I don't think they notify you. My NOA1 said Texas Service Center, but a love agent told me it was in Vermont. My account doesn't indicate anywhere that it has been transferred.

But for your sake, I hope it still is in Nebraska!

Yes,  USCIS will not notify when they change service center.  EMMA live agent the best resource to check for changes.  Applying K3 helps to push I130.  HOPING FOR SPEEDY APPROVAL.  LETS BE POSITIVE and LETS PRAY TO BE TOGETHER

Nov 10 2021 - NOA1 from  NSC.  I130 filed online at NSC

Nov 10 2021 - Transferred to CSC  and actively reviewing

Dec 1st 2021 - K3 NOA1

EAGERLY WAITING FOR GOOD NEWS

Thanks for the help. I found Emma, and it just sent me back to the account page. No additional information.

You need to speak to a live agent. If you say technical difficulties it might give you the option. I just keep throwing difficult questions at the robot until it offers me to chat with the live agent.

Hi all!

We applied online in the beginning of October, changed to actively review late Oct and nothing since.

Chatted with a live agent last week and turns out our case is being processed at California. Hope our timeline is better than the estimate:/

Good luck to everyone!

Same here, PD 14th October, Actively Reviewing 26th October, still nothing at CSC.

Filed I-130 via mail on 10/04 and got NOA1 a couple of weeks later. The USCIS receipt showed Texas Service Center but I contacted Ask Emma and learned that my case was transferred to Vermont.

Also filed K3 as soon as we received NOA1 and it is also being processed in Vermont.

Quick update on my case. Filed on 10/04 and case status just changed to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" on January 6th, 2022. Fingers crossed :)

Actually, I just checked the Documents tab on the USCIS site and it already has the approval notice in pdf!!!

The case status still says "Under Review" but I confirmed with my lawyer and my petition was actually approved!
