So I need to print out the TOS from Facebook for Instagram for the IMBRA, correct?

You can but I don't think it will be a problem. Instagram is a well known platform. You can do it if you really want to. Poland is a relatively low stress embassy. Just follow the requirements in the 129F directions and you should be fine. Front loading the petition is not necessary.

Finally done...

She has a residency permit for Poland? Either way if she interviews in Warsaw or Kiev it is a relatively straight forward process. (I have been through the process in Kiev...painless)

She is a citizen of the EU. She works and lives in Poland

As long as she has a residency/work permit for Poland she can interview in Warsaw. If not she may have to go to Kiev for the interview. I know that requirements for movement/work for Ukrainians has changed over the years since I went through the process there (2010). You might want to drop a question in the Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus forum about what the current requirements are.

She is a Bulgarian citizen so she can interview in Warsaw.

I met my fiance on Instagram which does not mention IMB in their TOS. Since they are owned by Facebook do I just print out the TOS for Facebook to include with my I-129?

Hey, I met my wife on Instagram. I didn’t print the TOS, and we did not have any problem with it. A lot of couple met on social media these days.

Everywhere I look I see people saying you have to include it to satisfy the IMBRA part of the application.

This was in 2019, I’m not sure if the rules are different now. I only included our first dm on Instagram to show the date we started communicating.

I do not have Instagram anymore, but I have all of out whatsapp messages and video call logs. Can I just put our first conversation on whatsapp since it is owned by Facebook also?

My wife and I met on an online dating platform.

On our K1 in 2018, I just wrote a note in the "additional information" section saying I met her directly online at website.com and we chatted via text ever since.

I did not submit any TOS.  We had no issues.

If you read the requirements of IMBRA, it is targeted to companies or websites that are termed "mail order brides".  Places that charge fees to the USC, control how the USC meets the foreign partner, etc.

Just state you met in Instagram and texted each other.  USCIS is not interested in reading your chat history.

Thank you so much for the clarification!! I truly appreciate it! I am submitting my application next Monday and just wanted to make sure I did not get an RFE and cause a delay. I appreciate you letting me know. Thank you! Much appreciated!

I apologize for the late response, you are good to include those. I also included screenshot of our WhatsApp messages and call logs.
