My mom petition me and on my Ceac status its f24 while my USCIS is below 21..am i qualify for CSPA? we called NVC but they said they cant change it and we need to send inquiry. i am now 22 and2mos. old...Thank you

I cannot pay AOS and IV and DS260 is not available. i tried to contact nvc but they said they cannot change and i need to send inquiry.

You are cspa protected. Send an inquiry through NVC inquiry online or through email asking to consider your cspa age of around 20 years 4 months and put your case under f22. Provide all the details. They will likely put you back on f22.
