Hey guys ! Would appreciate some guidance about this confusion I have.

Our k1 petition got approved on August 25 , 2021 and we received a mail from USCIS that the case has now been transferred to NVC .

However till date and it has been 2 months , we haven't received any mail or correspondence from NVC about case number or anything.

Does this mean NVC has not received our case yet ?

NVC does not contact you until they send the petition to the embassy.

If you fill in your profile and timeline, you can get an estimate of how long the process takes for your country.

Also, join the appropriate NOA2 to NVC group in the K1 case filing and progress reports forum.
