still waiting for the NVC to schedule an appointment in the embassy

hello dear,

i got the approval for my son immigrant visa ( i am half american/ half lebanese didn live for 5 years in the us i was born in lebanon and raised in lebanon but my mum 's family are original from texas  ) willing to move soon to the state , so i applied the 1-130 and do all the steps required and paid the fees , untill i arrived to the step that i am waiting since 4 months that the NVC will see the documents and the application (DS-260) to give me an appointment in the embassy of beirut. till now i didnt receive any reply and i dont know where is my case ?!! can someone help me please
