K-2 Child Now Green Card Holder Adoption

Good Evening,

My apologies if this has been covered. My wife and some came over on a K1 & K2 visa. We went through the processes and they are both Card carrying Green Card Holders. We recently filed for an adjustment of status for my wife (10 year GC) however did not for my son (due to initial messing up of paperwork their expirations are different months.)This summer I legally adopted him through the court system, now has a US birth Certificate and in the process of updating his SS card with his new name. My question to you done people is what next? Do I go through with the AOS for him or is there separate forms needing to file for his citizenship? After calling USCIS for direction I did not get a clean answer and my own research did not pull anything 100%.

I'm guessing you mean that you and your wife recently filed for Removal of Conditions, not Adjustment of Status (AOS), to get her 10-year GC.  AOS was the process to get your wife's and child's 2-year GCs.
