Hi all, new member here, but been reading alot of posts for several monts, K1 came from Canada, I filed back in October and had one RFE sent that back in early November 06, Recieved SS#. Drivers license, Recieved my EAD and AP, the last time my AOS was last touched was back on 1/20/2007. Recently my AP and EAD which were approved back in Jan, was touched two weeks ago....Do you think they lost my 485? should I still wait? Im lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you received a NOA for your AOS application, it's probably not lost. Calling is usually a complete waste of time. I would try to schedule an Infopass appointment, just like jasman said.

That might be the most effective thing to do for questions you have.

OR do you think I should wait a tad longer....it seems weird to be this long? doesnt anyone think the same? anyone else with my problem, and I wonder why they touched the AP and EAD recently

Was your case transfered to CSC? Or, is it still at NBC?

Some people wait weeks for an approval, others wait several months or years. If you want to see if you can get any info regarding what's currently going on with your case, I suggest scheduling an infopass appointment as others have already suggested to you. It's really up to you, but the wait time (and no touches) seems "normal" in a lot of people's timelines.
