You were deported, plenty of lawyers can do a 212 not that specialist, might be ones in your home country,.

How bad is this case? Is there a chance to approve? I talk some lawyers they charge $4k+. I cant see imig lawyers localy

All I know is what you have posted but well prepared waivers are usually approved, just wonder why you left it to the interview?

We do interview first to know consulate decision . Because some say we need 601 and 212 . We ask lawyer now and said we only need i 212. Idk

The only thing ticked is that you were removed from the US.

You need to provide more detailed information of your specific circumstances before expecting to get targeted answers. Otherwise the answers will be generic and of marginal to no value.

Can i diy my waiver ? Anyone did it diy and approved. I cant find 212 (a)(9)(A) on the boxes to fill in 212waiver. Are forms and petitionare birth certificate and passport is needed? What docs should incleded? How to expedite and wer to send? I have letters from her doctors for his health or do we have to write our own letter for expedite? Please help anyone knows?tia

FORM I-121. Page 3 of 11. Why were you removed from the US? Were you removed as an arriving alien, were you removed as a deportable alien, were in in the US for more than a year? 

If you are struggling to understand this form, you should involve your USC partner in this procedure. And if you're both struggling, you should hire a lawyer.

You do not have to use a Lawyer, many have done waivers themselves, obviously there is a fair amount of research involved.

Thank u i understand i was a deportable alien .1x less than 10years. After i done this from i need evidences. I will send all this list. Is there missing?


-petitionare divorce
-petitionare bith cert/passport
-petitionare VA doctors letter(2)
-petitionare hardship letter

 

Beneficiary:
-deportation papers and passport stamp
-my contract, coe, on company in US(deported cause)
-i 29f form
-nvc letter
-ds160
-form given by consul after interview(212)
-birth certificate
-nbi/police clearance on my country
-intent to marry(sign by me)
-my hardship letter 

good moral letters:
-coe, good moral on my company wer i work.1 letter on my co worker on the company wer i work in my country
- (1)friend letter on how she witness our relationship here when he visit 
-(1)letter on my mother about our hardship
-(1)priest letter
-our pictures together (5p) in US,(5) in my country(with caption)

- is it fine if the letter was handwritten with their name/add/tel#/ids
-i heard about letter of forgiveness that i have to make. idk what this mean?
