however when I go on uscis.gov and indicate that the case is out of processing time, it tells me it's still within the processing time. What can I do?

It used to be 120 days before so maybe they haven't updated the system for that form yet.

My stepson entered July 15th. The green card fee was paid July 16th. It's already past 90 days however when I go on uscis.gov and indicate that the case is out of processing time, it tells me it's still within the processing time. What can I do?

I think you just have to wait longer.  His stamped passport is his green card for a year.

Also I haven't seen a SSN card yet even though I said I wanted them to issue it. I need to check if the SSA is open

Call the SSA: https://www.ssa.gov/ssnvisa/Handout_11_1.html

I need help with my Social Security Number (SSN)

We are prioritizing requests for in-person SSN services for:

  • Individuals age 12 or older applying for their first SSN card.
  • Individuals who need to update or correct their SSN information (such as your name, date of birth, or citizenship) to obtain income, resources, or medical care or coverage, or other services or benefits (for example filing a tax return, applying for housing, or seeking an Economic Impact Payment).

If you believe you qualify for an in-person appointment, call your local office. You can look up the phone number for your local office by accessing our office locator. Please note that appointments may not be immediately available, depending on local health and safety conditions and staffing.

What is the latest update here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do ? Just fee paid?

My Green card arrived after 5 month's. In pandemic so late that's why not worried.

Did you raise this issue with USCIS and if yes how?

They only provide me with a processing time link but the OS155A isn't in the drop down menu therefore I don't know what the processing times for green cards are.

I have USCIS online account and send inquiries there so many times. Always same replied wait. Finally after 5 month's I got Green Card. Please not worry because you have already Green Card one year which stamp on your passport.

It's been 120+ days and I still get this error message. I don't know what to do.

have you tried talking to a representative using Emma? They can do the request for you if you can't do it yourself. Last year I did that, and they made an inquiry for me twice. The replies to both inquiries were to just wait, but a few days after they replied to the second inquiry they mailed my green card.

I just tried and she just gives me the link where I have already tried it. What keywords must I use to make her do it for me?
