Hi,

Could anyone help me?

I thought this would all be easier once I got to the US but I'm mightily peed off to be sitting here trying to figure it all out again (sorry venting).

We already submitted the I 864 affidavid of support at the interview in London.

Stupidly I didn't keep a copy of it or the employers letter so do I have to send again with the I 485?

Thanks in advance if there's anyone brighter than me out there.

Jules xx

The affidavit in London was the I-134 form (with K-1 visa). Short answer is yes, you need to fill out and send the form I-864 with your I-485 application.

Yes, you have to file I-864. No, you didn't submit I-864 in London, but a similar form.

Its not that hard. Just calm down and read the guides.
