Hi,

You probably get this a lot, but does anyone have any tips for getting in contact with NVC for our NVC Number? We received our NOA2 over a month ago, and haven't been able to get in touch with them. Every time we call there's only an automated message that tells us to call back later; we've tried a few times. We've also submitted a request online however, I think it's taking them about 8 weeks to get to the online inquires. Any advice? Or should we just wait?

Thanks. :)

I was in the same situation. The only way to get through is if you can early and catch them right when they open or late, about an hour before they close. Just be ready to stay on the line and wait it out. I was on the line for about 1 1/2 hrs the first time I got in contact with them and the second time, I called early and it took me about 5 minutes.
