I noticed two inaccuracies made by my lawyer in the I-485

I hope someone will be able to advice me in regards to this. 
 

My husband and I filed my AOS application with a lawyer through the military assistance program. 
 

Many months after filing, and after having obtained my EAD/AP card, the lawyer sent me a copy of the AOS to start preparing for a possible interview that may be scheduled soon. 
 

After he sent me the AOS copy I started reviewing the documents, and in the I-485 I noticed two inaccuracies. I told my lawyer and he said that I could correct them during the interview, as there isn’t really a way to do it now. 
 

The two inaccuracies regard the place of marriage (which was correct in the other forms and on the marriage certificate as well) and finally an answer to a question. It was checked as “no”, but it was “yes”. Even in this case, the supportive documents sent actually proved the fact that it was a “yes”. 
 

The lawyer told me these inaccuracies are not material facts, as none of them actually affect my eligibility. And as I mentioned, the correct information was clear in the supportive documents. 

However I’m worried this could cause issues. We have not received any RFE and my interview is ready to be scheduled and has been for a while. Should I send a letter explaining these two errors? Or should I prepare a statement for when I’ll have my interview? 
 

I would really want to correct these errors as soon as possible, as I don’t want USCIS to think this was intentional. It really was not, and it’s evident by looking at the supportive documentation. I don’t know what to do. 
 

Also, is it a problem if someone makes a mistake (or their lawyer does) in the form and then corrects it during the interview?

You can correct it at the interview and there should be no problem.

Thank you! Should I write a formal statement indicating the two inaccuracies I noticed only after the lawyer sent everything? Could they think it was done on purpose?

No need to prepare a formal letter.  Usually the IO will ask you about the information on the form for verification, you can correct it then.
