Hi all, Just have a question. We just got married, me in the USA and wife in Philippines but they just sent us our digital marriage certificate and i noticed my wife's middle name is not on it so i looked at the application we filled out when applying for marriage license and she did not put her middle name which is why it is not on the marriage certificate. Can anyone tell me if this is going to be a problem? Will our marriage still be legal if she did not put her full name on it? Thanks in advance.

So...

You were not together for the marriage?  Have you visited her after marriage?

EDIT:  I just read your other posts and you got married to get a visa to go visit her?

We married online through Utah State Clerks online marriage because Philippines is not allowing tourists in yet and we are tired of waiting for them to open and let me in so we could have our church wedding in the philippines so we married online. Now they will allow me my 9a visa and let me in because i am her legal husband and once im there we are going to have the church wedding still. Then we will be going to manilla to go to the Rapid Visa office and have them do our spousal visa as well as everything else that is needed to bring my wife finally home. We have been waiting almost 2 years for philippines to open up to let tourists back in.

Note that you cannot legally have a wedding in the Philippines as you are already married.  Perhaps you mean a "renewal of vows" ceremony in church.  A church wedding means you will be getting another marriage certificate, which would not be legal in your case.
