Got 221 after parents inteview

My parents had their immigration visa interview today. It went well they took their passport but they were given 221. They asked for Petitioner original birth certificate to be uploaded on the ceac website. I have uploaded the document. How long will it take for the embassy to review and mail the passport. Does it take month or more or less.

2 issues the BC and AP in Pakistan   Impossible to say how long
