One can tell only when his i130 gets approved and when the visa bulletin thereafter. So i'd say just wait for i130 approval first.

I appreciate your efforts and advices from the first when I submit the i-485 for him I'm following your experience and I hope to receive soon approval for i-130 before March 22 because our case I check it before 2days with EMMA live agent and confirmed at Nebraska.

Urgent help please

My son Birthday is 12 March 2001 his age now 20years and 11Months unmarried Child F2A visa and his details as:-
I-130 submitted for him on 4 October 2021 and still the status "case received application".
I-485 Submitted on 1 December 2021 and the status "Being Actively Reviewed".

My Question is if he became 21years ageout after one Month and I-130 still bending not approved and I-485 also bending not doing the interview will he be protected by CSPA or it will transfer to F2B.

Thanks for understanding my critical situation.

Since F2A is going current for a good time, if it stays that way, he will be under 21 per cspa even if i130 gets approved next year. So just wait for i130 approval first.

Hello, I apologize for the delay in updating my timeline. On May 6, 2022. We received a notice of the interview schedule date on June 16, 2022 yesterday. The interview details are as follows: Where is the petitioner who must be present with you? and how old are you, And where is the original marriage contract, given that he is 21 years old and does not need the presence of the petitioner with him, and there is no request in the interview notification regarding the marriage contract, a copy or original, after which she took the passport and the original birth certificate from him, and she said to him, “You will save me time for the next interview.” He asked her: Is this good to you? and she said yes and then he asked her is it good for me and she said yes and I will waved the I-130 and I will approved in the system. So far, the system is still not updated yet and we don't know when. After these events, I would like to thank everyone who advised me to submit I-485, and I wish everyone success in their VJ.

Dears,

My son didn’t get any update on the system after his interview, and he haven't received any mail for the approval or green card until now, and the case status on the system still says "Interview was scheduled."

My question is this normal and When he expect to receive the green card or any other update on the system please advise what to do?

Maybe you misheard.  The I-130 cannot be waived under any circumstance as it is the basis for your son's immigration.  Perhaps they said that the I-485 interview may be waived?

The IO may have said he'll wait (not waive) for i130 before he can can make the final decision on i485. May be i130  package wasn't sent to him. So you just need to wait till i130 gets approved first.
