Dear aussiewench,

My and my daughter's case number assigned, and I am going to use your Time Savers for NVC to E-MAIL DC-3020 and James's NVC Shortcuts for the other processes. I have some quetions here.

1\ ABOUT AOS BILL

While I self- generate the AOS bill, I find:

"send the bill and fee to:

National Visa Center

P.O. Box 790135

St. Louis, MO 63179-0135";

but when I open the bill to generate mine, on the bill it wrote :

"Return Payment to (envelope provided):

National Visa Center

P.O. Box 952200

St. Louis, MO 63195-2200"

Which one is right? If the first one is right, shall I change the address in the bill to P.O. Box 790135

St. Louis, MO 63179-0135?

The other question is for my daughter's AOS bill, shall I change Visa Classification to CR2?

2\ ABOUT I-864

In the James's, the documents in the I-864 package is:

* Cover letter

* Barcoded cover sheet

* I-864

* Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data

* Copy of tax returns from last three years along with copies of W2s

* Letter of employment

* Last three pay stubs

My husband retires this week,he already get the employment letter before, after retirement if our I-864 still need it? If not, what other documents we need?

What will be in the cover letter? Just the contents of the pakage?

For CR1+CR2, shall we need double same documents?

Thanks for reply in advance!

Bears,

Firstly, can you do me a favor ;) Not a good idea to address something directly to me or any individual member. It can deter another member from responding to you that is knowledgable on what you are enquiring about. I by no means have all the answers, nor am I knowledgable in many immigration issues and it does make me just a lil uncomfy with the question directed to me. I do know that wasnt your intention.....so all is cool :thumbs:

1. The top address. I will see if I can get admin to change the address on the AOS Bill download to avoid future confusion. Jame's shortcuts were done nearly 12 months ago now so there has been address changes. I noted that myself when I first copied it over from the old site. I was able to change it within the instructions but not on the Bill itself.

Yes, make the necessary changes to the AOS Bill.

2. He would need documentation of his present income (retirement).

Each petition would need its own documents and supporting evidence.

She *is* really helpful with good answers, but it's not her job or anything.. to be fair, it's a good idea to do your own research to look for the answers, or open the questions to multiple members for answers if you simply can't find them.

Awesome answers, aussiewenchie :)

With respect to the original post, I'd also like to emphasise that James's NVC Shortcuts should be used to identify the methods for self generation ONLY.

All other information regarding addresses, fees and documents that should be included are all SUBJECT TO CHANGE and should never be understood as being latest or accurate information.
