This is very frustrating and tiring, after waiting for almost 3 months, my child has been document qualified but asking me (principal beneficiary) to submit my husband's 1099 for 2020. This document have been submitted along with tax at the beginning and was accepted. I don't know what to do now because waiting for another 3 months is frustrating already 🤔.

Please who has experienced this at NVC stage. We are thinking of calling NVC to tell them we have submitted the documents before now.

Thank you so much everyone

you said it has been submitted in the beginning the beginning of what 2019? if so we are in 2021 and every tax information have to be updated to current year. i submitted my tax information as well with my tax papers for 2019 in 2020 and got dq'ed but my interview was 2021 new year new everything and it was requested by the embassy in the IL they needed 2020 for the year of 2021. This is nothing new all I-864's and I-134's need to be updated. to be on the safe side i was only asked for my tax information and something else but i uploaded everything that was out dated from 2019 especially my husband passport
