You need to register your interview appointment by using the website below. This will also allow you to schedule the delivery of your passport.

Yes, we already have the interview appointment date so you would select the first option. "I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) ... and I have been instructed to register my appointment.."

Interview is this Wednesday. Any recommendations on local hotels that won’t break the bank? This has been such a costly process as it is lol.

This is what I have booked for my interview appointment next month. https://goo.gl/maps/oL1fqAcKcdWrN1V46 It is a 3 min walk to the US consulate.

Since you are booking kinda last min, prices might be high. But prices are around $200-225 on average per night.

I thought they needed to be taken within the last 6 months? And I honestly don’t know what we got done 🤦🏻‍♀️  It was almost 18 months that we did that.

I'd roll with what I linked you, as it does say you need within-6-months photos.  I'm just about to submit my application, with only one thing left - ironically just need to get a fresh set of photos! 😅

I’m so sorry to hear that! What do you think pushed them to take that decision?

I don't think any human being made the decision. The CO had my 221g in hand before I even got to the window. He said our application looked good and is holding onto my passport. The two other guys before me also got 221gs. I think it is 100% a computer decision, and I have no idea why.

It's so dumb. I filled out the email and sent it back but it doesn't have ANY additional info to what they already have, except some extra work/residence history.

Do you think they had it in hand because they had already reviewed additional documents that you may have submitted on to CEAC beforehand?

After you were DQd, did you upload more things on to CEAC?
