Laurel Scott is based in Houston (excuse my foreign ignorance but im not sure if that's **close** enough, she was very helpfull with me with possible red flag / waiver related questions and runs an advice chat room on Wednesdays.

Someone recently advised me to get ahold of my county Bar Association. I called at the beginning of this week, was referred to a lawyer and got an appointment two days later and only had to pay $25 for the initial consultation. It's a great deal!
