My husband received an RFE on his I 485 asking for a copy of the sponsor's birth certificate as well as a copy of his birth certificate, (both of which were sent with the original requests that were sent back in August.)  In any case today we sent the copies via USPS Express mail that will arrive there tomorrow, the question is should we also upload the copies to the MYUSCIS account?

Thanks

It requested that we send copies of our respective birth certificates, (which had been sent with the original application.)  I sent them today via express mail.

We got the same thing, even though it was included in the original packet and can even see that they uploaded it to their database. I think they are having an audit and had to send out blanket RFEs to make our life hell for no reason. Just my guess.

I got the same thing, we just uploaded it electronically on her newly created USCIS account the same day and got confirmation of receipt the following day.

I was a little confused because I submitted it when I filed my I-129F petition for her and the I-864 clearly states "Petitioning relatives who have already filed proof of their citizenship or immigration status with Form I-129F, Form I-130, Form I-600, or Form I-600A do not need to submit proof of their status with this affidavit."
