Issue regarding Affidavits - also what to include in it?

Quick summary:

We filed a fiance petition back in 2019 and was denied in 2020 because they said I did not meet the criteria for my 2 year meeting exemption. Anyways, we finally met in 2021 and got married in Bahamas and stayed there almost 3 months. In the 2019 petition, we put affidavits from my parents, her parents and her sister. My parents were not able to come to the marriage registration in Bahamas due to passport being expired but they were able to come later to take photos with us (they stayed 3 days and went back).

For my CR1 petition, I will be including affidavits from her parents and her sister.  I have an issue with my parents so I won't be able to get affidavits from them. Do you think that will be a problem?

For the affidavits, what should we typically include? I'm guessing that her parents and sister will state how we met in 2019, how affectionate we are etc etc?

Affidavits are useless unless they are the ONLY evidence you have.  Anyone can produce a personal affidavit to say anything.  I would avoid them altogether.  Concentrate on QUALITY.....not quantity.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

In this case I have the following proof:

Tickets and Boarding Passes for my wife, her father, me and my parents

Certified Copy of Marriage certificate from Bahamas Registrar General

Hotel receipt for 3 week stay (this will be on my wife's debit card)

AirBnB receipts for 2.5 month stay (some of the receipts will be on my Dad's credit card, the rest will be on mine). The receipt includes 2 guests which is my wife and her father.

Screenshot of wife as beneficiary of 401K

Screenshot of wife as beneficiary of non retirement investment account

Numerous Photos of Me and Wife, Me and Wife and her Father, Me and Wife and My Parents and Her Father

Will stating I'm leaving everything to her

Do you think the above is enough evidence?

I have the following additional evidence but not sure if I can use it?

1) Lot's of receipts for grocery stores (we were buying and cooking at the AirBnB last 2 months). However, it does not show our name together. Some show her name and some show my name or my name and her card or her name and my card.

2) Bahamas Cell Phone Provider Screenshot of 2 New Bahamas Cell Numbers - However, I no longer have access to this account. I only have a screenshot

3) Hertz Rent a car receipts (we rented a car each week) but it only shows my name because she didn't have a drivers license. There are 1 or 2 receipts with my name and her card.

With so many quality evidences, say bye bye to affidavits. Use the additional evidences you listed as well. Include any tangible documents that shows connection between you two directly or indirectky.

Forget the affidavits.
