DV Lottery Green Card production

Hi All!
I was wondering if anyone has a similar experience or if you know whether this is normal. We entered the US with our DV visas 4 weeks ago together with my wife. She already received her green card in mail, mine case is still stuck at Immigration fee payment received. Is it normal to have such a big time difference in processing? We also paid our feed together at the same time however our receipt numbers are completely different. Her receipt number was the first in the list, I am not sure if that makes any difference.
