Hi my paki people! Once our k1 case goes into embassy about how long does the embassy takes to email you that our case is ready for interview?

It takes about a month, but usually you have start the ds 160 process on your own. also if you have the case number already from the NVC, you can get started on the ds 160 and then pay the fee as instructed.

Hello,

We finally got our approval from USCIS and were looking for clear answers about the next steps leading up to the interview.  I’ve found great instructions here.

Thank you all for sharing. You don’t know what a great help you are.

Hi,

I have a question. Does the I134 need an original signature? I have been told that it does but I just want to make sure.

I sent out the i134 scanned copy to my fiance.

I scanned at 600dpi very high resolution and signed in black. They didn't ask if it was original or not. They just took it and Supporting documents. (Taxes etc.)

We have had no updates to our case since Dec 01. We are still refused and case last updated 12/01/21.

Trying to think of what we can do to get some movement on our case. I am considering calling myself to see what is going on, my fiancé feels like he has inquired too much about it.

Thanks for asking!

Hi, which medical clinic is this for?

A color copy of the front page visa what’sApp was enough for the Wilcare clinic in Lahore.

Did they confirm receiving the medical report?

I inquired twice through the website after the second inquiry the status changed to issued.
